Preparation & Intention Setting: We begin the session by discussing your current life and your intention for this journey. This step sets the energetic foundation for what is to unfold.
Entering the Regression: Through meditative hypnosis—a deep yet natural state of relaxation—you gain access to past and future incarnations. The boundaries of space and time dissolve, allowing you to experience your soul’s journey with clarity and ease—not just as memories, but as deeply felt, emotional connections.
The Regression Experience: As we dive into your past or future lives, I follow your journey with my inner eye and ask guiding questions. This allows you to explore key moments, relationships, and events that still hold meaning for you today. Sometimes, energetic healing or the cancellation of soul contracts and vows are woven into the experience, supporting a deep soul-level transformation.
​Connecting with the Higher Self: After the journey through other dimensions, we enter into a deep and direct connection with your Higher Self. Here, we clarify the insights from the regression and address the personal questions you have brought to the session. In this state, you speak as your Higher Self—with clarity, wisdom, and unconditional love—answering the questions I bring in on your behalf.
Integration & Reflection: Finally, we ground the experience in the present and explore how you can apply and integrate the insights into your current life.
